Easter Holidays as Usual
Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Mar. fl. In a joint statement issued to-day the Minister of Supply and Munitions (Hon. D. G. Sullivan) and the Minister of Labour (Hon. P. C. Webb) announced that the War Cabinet has decided that subject to the war situation and war requirements during that period the holiday period. Good Friday, April 23, Saturday, April 24, and Easter Monday, April 20, will be observed a* usual. Where workers are called upon to work they should be paid the appropriate rates.
