Armed Forces Appeals
At a sitting of the Armed Forces Appeal Board held yesterday, the following decisions were reached: —Adjourned sine die —M. J. Thomas, foreman baker, and T. E. Williams, journeyman baker, appeals by Boniface Bros. Ltd.; A. C. Hutchins, general laundry hand, appeal by Economic Laundry Ltd.; J. M. Stevens, farm manager, appeal by J. H. Stevens; D. C. Riley, engineer and washerman, and 11. M. Rough, appeals by Economic Laundry Ltd., adjourned till May; J. W. Foster, agricultural contractor, appeal by J. Foster, dismissed, reservist not to be called up before May 31st; M. J. Eglinton, sharenulker, appeal bv L. T. Eglinton, adjourned to June sittings, every effort to bo made to replace reservist; W. J. Francis, dairy farmer, appeal by appellant, adjourned to May sittings; C. P* Golliei, Harm manager, dismissed, not to be called up before March 31st, and J. A. Pedersen, appeals by E. W. I. Collins, adjourned to May, every effort to be made to replace him; M. L. Sanson, agricultural worker, appeal by Manson’s estate, struck out because of medical grading; J. E. Dench, farmer, adjourned to June sittings, every effort to be made to make himself available and A. J. Dench, farmer, dismissed, not to be called up before April 30tli, appeals by Trustees of estate of A. Dench.
