Miss D. Fitzllerbert, Ihaka Street, is visiting Tauranga. Mr. and Mrs. F. Slater, who have been on a business trip to the South Island, havo returned to Palmerston North. Miss Kathleen McFadden, of the nursing staff of the Palmerston North Hospital, is spending a few days in Wanganui with her mother, Mrs. W. McFadden. The death of Mrs. C. M. Agent occurred at Westport last week. Mrs. Agent was born at Cronadun, 66 years ago, and had lived in Westport for the last 25 years. Her husband predeceased her many years ago. She is survived by four sons, one of whom is Mr. William Agent, of Palmerston North, and two daughters.
