Biggs; 127698, ‘‘Passing Through,” Palmerston North. £5 prizes: 62895, “Earthquake,” Kingswood Street, Palmerston North; 127837, A. C. Baigent, 17 Sydney Street, Palmerston North (2 prizes); 128104 “8.8.8.,” Post Office, Linton; 62832, “Buy and Try,” Palmerston North. In the Palmerston North Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday, before Mr. H. P. Lawry, 8.M., Raymond Michael Stafford Doherty was charged with tin theft at Wellington of a wallet, pay- | book and bank-notes, of a total value jof £l2 lOfe, the property of William Brown, and the theft at Taihape of a , gold chain, coins and badges, of a total value of £5, the property of C.
