New German Battleship?
Received Monday, 9.25 p.m. LONDON, Aug. 18.
The British United Press Berlin correspondent says a photograph published in the Voelkischer Beobachtcr depicting a warship firing a salvo from two forward turrets, each mounting two , heavy guns, suggests that Germany has a new battleship mounting 15-inch guns. The caption reads: “New German battleship speaks impressive language with her 38-centimetre guns.”
