Man Killed; Brother Seriously Injured

CAR ACCIDENT NEAR AUCKLAND Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, May 2G. One man was killed and his two brothers were injured when a motor-car in which they were travelling from Auckland to Whitford to-night, left the road and crashed down a bank into a culvert. The victim was Mervin Ashley Kelly, aged about 30, a share milker of Whitford. One brother, Keith Kelly, aged 24, received concussion aud head injuries and was admitted to the Auckland Hospital in a serious condition, but the other, Lionel Kelly, aged 27, who suffered lacerations, was treated in the casualty department and discharged.
