Junior National Club Dance

There was a large attendance of young people at the Junior National Club’s dance held in Miss Gwen Gibbs ’ studio on Wednesday evening. The usual bright programme had been arranged and Mr. W. Mochan acted as M.C. The lucky spot was won by Miss A. Nix and Private Eaton, Lucky Gay Gordons by Miss D. McDowell and Mr. H. Dampney, and the Monte Carlo by Miss C. Taylor and Mr. R. Andrews. The item by Mrs. Prince on the pianoaccordeon was much appreciated, and all enjoyed dancing to the extra supplied by her. A delightful supper was served by members of the committee, and another happy evening was brought to a close by the singing of the National Anthem.
