Instruction Course For Home Guardsmen

A series of schools of instruction for selected officers and n.c.o.’s of the Home Guard is to be held at the Central Military District school of instruction at Palmerston North. The first two courses, which will begin ou May 17, are for signallers. The third, commencing on Juno 26, is in weapon training, section loading and fieldcraft. The fourth series will begin on July 5 and will consist of instruction in field engineering, demolition and camouflage, and the last, commencing on July 26, will be for officers only and will embrace instruction in minor tactics, beach defence and tank hunting, etc.
