Farewell Presentation
Another popular boy was farewelled in the Women’s Institute Hall on Saturday evening, when presentations were made to Leading Aircraftman Noel Crozier, who has since returned to his unit. In a few well-chosen words, the Mayor, Mr. R. R. Johnston, on behalf of the Patriotic Society, conveyed the Igood wishes of the residents of Woodj ville and wished Leading Aircraftman Crozier bon voyage and a safe return. Mrs. Johnston made the usual Patri otic Society presentation, following which the guest of honour made a suitable reply. Mr. Frank Mackie, on behalf of the R.S.A., apologisod for the unavoidable absence of the president (Mr. J. . Charles) and endorsd the iriayor’s re- 1 marks. He made the customary R.S.A. presentation. . Rev. B. P. Williams, on behalf of the Ministers ’ Association, added his best wishes to those expressed by the previous speakers, and pronounced the benediction.
