Received Sunday, 6.30 p.m. LONDON, April 25. A Berlin communique says: “Alpine and mechanised troops after overcoming the position at ThermoypJae defeated the British troops east of the pass near Molos and took prisoner several hundreds, capturing thirty guns. Other German troops from Thessaly crossed to the island of Euboea and pressed forward from Chalkis into the mainland. Our troops passed through Thebes pursuing the enemy.” An Italian communique says: “Successive waves of German planes bom'bed naval and aerial bases at Malta, 'there was artillery activity in the Tobruk sector. Italiau and German planes repeatedly bombed Tobruk or the night ot 24.-25 and also attacked mechanised units and enemy artillery in the fcJollum area. The Italians eastwards of Gamabla routed the enemy who left hundreds of dead and much material.’
