COTTON EXCHANGE CLOSED

LONDON, March 31. Members of the Liverpool Cotton Exchange stood bareheaded and sang the National Anthem at the last meeting of the exchange, which closed down to-day for the duration of the war, after regulating cotton prices throughout the world for more than a century.
