ANOTHER TOWN EVACUATED Received Wednesday, 9 p.m. LONDON, Feb. 19. The flooding of the Danube continues and another town has been evacuated. The water has broken through the Buda-pest-Belgrade railway embankment, which is the second line of defence against floods.
