Mrs. A. Poananga, of Ferguson Street, is on holiday and is visiting tho East Coast, the Thames and Chateau TongaMiss Janet Aitken, who has been staying with Miss Ngairo Hansel, of Victoria Avenue, has now returned home to Waipawa. The chairman, Kairanga County Council, makes grateful acknowledgment of the receipt of five gift parcels from the Whakarongo Women’s Institute. Mr. and Mrs. H. M. Garner, of North Street, their daughters, Mrs. N. Ellison, of Wellington, and Miss K. Garner, and Mr. N. Ellison have returned from a holiday spent at Raumati beach.
