Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Jan. 5. Tho Prime Alinister (lit. Hon. P. Fraser) has received a cablegram from Air. W. J. Jordan (High Commissioner) conveying Lord Bmverbrook’s thanks for New Zealand’s further assistance in the provision of lighters for tho B.A.F. “Lord Beaverbrook asks me to express his gratitude. for this further contribution to the strength of the B.A.F. and the deep encouragement it brings. Lord Beaverbrook writes: ‘New' Zealand has strengthened the resistance and determination of the British people. Our two nations will march together to the day when the forces of evil are banished forever from the world.’ ”
