Eire Exporters Must Use Navicerts
(British Official Wireless.) Received Thursday, 9.20 p.m. RUGBY, Jan. 1. The Ministry of Economic Warfare announces thalt from January 22 it will be necessary for exporters from Eire to obtain navicerts for ships engaged in trading to Europe and nonFunpire territories in Africa. Navicerts must be obtained at the last port of loading in Eire.
