SECOND REGATTA AT FOXTON To-day the second regatta at Foxton Beach commences. There is ample evidence to show that the success of the last regatta will bo duplicated if not excelled—outboard racing proving the most popular. Following are the handicaps declared by the handicappers yesterday:— Outboards: G. Stephenson (WeJ.)

Smith (Well.); nett time, 1.42. “Viper,” 1G h.p., Johnson, M. Morrison (P.N.); no lap time in. “Gee Wizz,” 34 h.p., Lockwood, A. Rosse (Well.); no lap time in.
