Britain’s Wartime Trade

(British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Sept. 25. Exports of United Kingdom goods in August were valued at £32,554,729 compared with £31,189,244 in July and £37,076,974 a year ago. Imports totalled £95,019,856 compared with £87,007,530 for the previous month and £81,073,119 in August last year. Re-exports in these periods were respectively £1,391,968, £1,819,261 and £4,488,350.
