FANCY DRESS BALL A BRILLIANT FUNCTION

Lytton Street Schools Annual Event Tho Feilding Drill Hall, filled with happy children last evening, presented a gay and animated scene on the occasion of the annual- fancy-dress ball of pupils of tho Lytton Street School. Tho many and varied costumes worn by the children on this night of nights included those . representative of many nations, which vied for popularity with those more original dresses depicting topics of the moment.. In the brightlydecorated hall the children presented an attractive programme of dances with accuracy and precision, which reflected much credit on their teachers, and the ever-changing kaleidoscope of colour provided by the brilliant, costumes made the scene an attractive one for the parents present, and an unforgettable night for the children.
