RED CROSS DRIVE IN FEILDING
Town Organisation Meeting ADDITIONAL DONATIONS Last evening the executive committee of the Patriotic Society and Red Cross Society of Feilding met to deal with the town organisation for the Red Cross Appeal drive in the town. Arrangements for the effective canvass of the town were finalised. The existing organisation, under Messrs T. F. Fitzgerald and T. Collins respectively, will handle the area on the southern side of Kimbolton Road. The Chamber of Commerce will canvass the business area, whilst the remaining portion of the borough will be canvassed by the Red Cross helpers under the leadership of Mr. D. G. Fraser, Archdeacon F. H. Petrie and Rev. A. L. Dixon. Reports indicated that the country districts in the zone had . completed their organisation and in this respect where any patriotic organisation or area had been overlooked, the local secretary, Mr. C. H. Tate, would be pleased to learn of these, so that arrangements can be made to remedy the omission. Any Feilding district patriotic suborganisation which desires any information respecting the campaign for the Red Cross Appeal, is invited to get into touch with the secretary (Mr. K. M. Little) at Feilding. The Central Committee is anxious to render every assistance possible in furthering the appeal and to this end offers every co-opera-tion.
