Garrison Band to Play Carols
Tho arrangements for the playing of Christmas carols were made at the meeting of the Garrison Band Committee on Thursday evening. Mr. G. Tremaine presided. The secretary presented a report on the recent marching display and the sacred concert. Lieutenant C. Piko reported on the band’s visit to WaognNegotiations arc afoot for another local band display, to be held early in the New Year. Tho completing of tho arrangements was left to the executive. The bandmaster reported that tho band was settling down to hard practice in view of the Centennial contest.
