Less Crime in London During Blackout
RUGBY, Nov. 24. (British Official Wireless.) Figures given by the Home Secretary in a Parliamentary answer concerning indictable offences known to the Metropolitan Police show that there has been less crime in London in the blackout than formerly. The total for September and October was 12,283, compared with 16,023 in the same period last year.
