(British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Nov. 24. From all parts of South Africa, men of Irish blood are volunteering for the newly-formed First South African Irish Brigade. Throughout the country there is a good sprinkling of both Irishmen, and South Africans of Irish descent who speak both English and Afrikaans.
