Inter-Centre Bowling
RINKS PROM HAWKE’S BAY Fourteen rinks are to arrive in the city to-morrow morning by private cars from Hawke's Bay to pay against the Manawatu Bowling Centre in tho first inter-centre games of tho season. The games will be of 21 heads and will take place at the Northern and Manawatu greens in tho morning and afternoon. The president, Mr. Price, and the secretary, Mr. P. Bear, will accompany tho Hawke's Bay players, who will assemble at the Talmerston North green at 10 a.ip. The composition of tho Hawke's Bay Centre representation is as follows: Heretaunga, three rinks; Port Ahuriri, three; Bluff Hill, two; National Service, Hastings, Napier, Wairere, Havelock North and Kia Toa one each. HOKOWHITU BOWLING CLUB The following will represent Hokowhitu to play Hawke's Bay on Saturday: Voitre, W. Hancock, Woodroofe, Houston (s.). The following will represent Hokowhitu to play Manawatu at 9.30, Sunday, November 26, on the Hokowhitu green: Bailey, Sweetman, Houston, Sillan; Richardson, Thomson, Bennett, Cater; B. Clarke, Hood, Russell, Shouler.
