Increase in British Naval Personnel

145,000 BY MARCH NEXT Received Tuesday, 1.20 a.m. LONDON, July 24. A White Paper issued to-day estimates the increase in the naval personnel at 12,000 more officers, seamen, boys and Royal Marines, thus bringing the original estimate of 133,060 personnel to 145,000 for tho year ended March 31, 1940.
