Violent Explosion In Sydney Suburb

ENGINEERING FACTORY PARTLY WRECKED United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received Sunday, G. 30 p.m. SYDNEY, July 22. A violent explosion blew off the roof and partly wrecked tho brick Saint Peter’s engineering and vulcanising works at St. Peter’s suburb to-day (Saturday). Two workmen suffered burns on tho face and arms. The explosion, which so far is unexplained, was heard two miles away and broke every window in the adjacent buildings.
