Polish Frontier Guards on Alert
TO OPEN FIRE ON VIOLATORS Received Sunday, 9.20 p.m. WARSAW, July 23. The frontier guards have been instructed to open fire in every instance of frontier violation. General Ironside, on tho eve of his departure from Poland, congratulated tho Polish Army on its excellent training and spirit of preparedness.
