Poland Not Surprised
IS GERMANY CONSIDERING CHANGE OF PLAN? Received Sunday, 9.20 p.m. WARSAW, July 23. An official communique says Poland is not surprised at the pacific pronouncement from Berlin. Such statements usually mcau that Germany is considering some change of plans. The communique repeats that any attempt to re-incorporate Danzig in the Reich will call for appropriate action.
