Visitors to Gisborne this week were Messrs G. H. Morgan, G. F. O'Rourke and V. Baker. Mr. J. McTavisli is a North Auckland visitor to the Woodville district, being the guest of Mr. and Mrs. H. D. Lovel, Aliuaturanga Block. Taken suddenly ill in his office on Wednesday evening, Mr. D. Keay, town clerk, is conlined to his home for a few days under medical care. Mr. and Mrs. A'. Rofe, of Woodville, are spending a holiday in Wellington. Mrs. J. Charles has been spending the past few days with relatives in Wellington. Guests of Air. and Mrs. E. Martin, of Papatawa, this week, have been Airs. T. VV. Benson and family, of Featherston, Mr. and Airs. A. W. Alartin (Wellington), Air. and Airs. J. J. Orme (Napier) and Air. F. Dungan (Alangatainoka). Mrs. E. Martin is now the guest at Featherston of Airs. Benson.
