More Submarines for Britain
NEW DESIGN BEING PLANNED
Received Monday, 9.20 p.m. LONDON, July 10.
The naval writer of the Daily Express says the British submarine building programme has been speeded up. Sik submarines now being built will be completed before the end of the year and seven more will follow in 1940, while four others of a new design are planned.
