Feilding Magistrate’s Court

PENALTIES FOR TRAFFIC BREACHES

The fortnightly sitting of the Feilding Magistrate’s Court was held yesterday, Mr. R. M. Watson, S.M., presiding. For failing to keep to the left of the centre of a highway H. W. Collier, of Marton, was fined £1 10s and costs 10s. Exceeding the speed limit of 30 m.p.h. in Feilding cost Brian M. Louisson, of Palmerston North, a fine of £2 and costs 10s.

A nominal penalty of 10s and costs 12s was imposed on H. Shepherd, of Feilding, for the offence of improper parking of his car. Charged with the offence of double parking, Phillip Bramwell was fined 10s and costs 10s.
