Wellington North Accountant Students’ Society

The first lecture for the year of this newly-formed society was held on Wednesday evening last, when Mr. W. L. Birnie, A.P.A.N.Z., adressed a wellattended meeting on “The Conduct of Company Meetings.” An opportunity for questions was given at the conclusion, when quite a number availed themselves of tho opportunity to clean up points of doubt. Mr. E. F. Goodwin presided at tho lecture and on his motion a vote of thanks was accorded Mr. Birnie for his welf-prepared address.
