Little Theatre Players Present Sparkling Comedy

“THE ROMANTIC YOUNG LADY" IN PARISH HALL A bright and sparkling comedy by the eminent Spanish playwright, Gregorio Martinez Sierra, adapted by Helen aud Harley Graville-Baker, is the choice of the Palmerston North Little Theatre Society for the first major production on May 23 and 24. * The plot concerns a charming young lady sighing for romance, and her meetings with a handsome stranger, whose hat is blown into her window during a thunderstorm. The play is full of wit and piquant situations, and has not a dull moment in it. A strong cast has been in rehearsal for the past few weeks under the capable direction of Miss Marjorie Cranston, which is an assurance of entertainment of a high standard.
