From Our Own Correspondent. At the weekly shoot of the Rifle Club scores wore as follow: A. Trembath 64, 66 —130; L. Wilson 60, 66—135; R. Batchelar 65, 00—1:54; M. Wilson 67, 67—134; O. Batchelar 66, 66—132; R. Peters 63, 64—127; F. Lash 56. 64—120; D. lionore 60, 62—122; A. Peters 67, 62—120; O. Terry 63, 65—128; D. Mcßrearty 67, 67—134; J. Christensen 64, 65—129. Jubilee Dance. Another successful function for the jubilee funds was held recently. Dancing was enjoyed by the young people and cards by the non-dancers. The winners of the euchre were Mr and Mrs D. Currin. Mr O. Batchelar was M.C., and supper was served by the ex-pupils’ committee. Personal. Mr and Mrs G. Wilson and family, New Plymouth, are the guests of Mr and Mrs A. Moyes. Mrs Keliher, Levin, who was the guest of Mr and Mrs R. Beckett, has returned to her home. Mrs A. Currin has returned from an enjoyable holiday spent In Rotorua. Misses N. and A. Russell were home for the Easter vacation and have returned to Wanganui College.
