Mr. and Mrs. E. Winkler, of Makairo, are spending d, holiday nt Blenheim.
Mr. and Mrs. Harold Marsh, of Mangamutu, have returned home after spending a holiday in Wellington.
Mr. and Mrs. D. G. Stewart, of Napier, are the guests of Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Yewen, Tui Street, Pahiatua. Mrs. M. Willis, of Sydney, is visiting her daughter, Mr. A. 11. Ellmers, of Kohinui, Pahiatua. Miss Norma Jordan, of Greytown, who has been the guest of Mrs. Ivan Algie, Masterton Road, Pahiatua, has now returned to her home.
Mrs. G. Cummings, of Marion, with her daughter, Miss K. Cummins, is the guest of her daughter, Mrs. R. Bridge, Albert Street, Pahiatua. Miss M. E. Elliott, of Remuera, Auckland, who has been tho guest of Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Sturton, Wakcman Street, Pahiatua, has now returned home.
Miss A. Vaughan, of Whangarei, has been appointed supervisor of tho Pahiatua telephone exchange in place of Miss M. Moriarty. The date on which Miss Vaughan will commenco her duties has not yet been fixed.
