NEXT AUGUST NAMED LONDON, Dec. 10. The eclipse of Herr Hitler next year is foretold by a horoscope reader who prophesied the abdication of King Edward VIII. and the accession of King George VI. The prophet is Hon. Ralph Shirley, \ a former editor of the old quarterly review known as The Horoscope, who told a representative of the Star a year ago that all the planetary signs had pointed to the abdication. In the third issue of his paper, 26 years ago, was published the horoscope of Prince Albert, then a child, now King. It was stated that 4 4 the boy will be extraordinarily lucky and will reach in due time a higher sphere than that to which he was born."
