RECENT HEAVY ACCIDENT RATE - tatctmn. NiVlit A warning to motor-cyclists thai jerious restrictions on the use of motor:ycles might be necessary if the accident rate at the Christmas holiday period was continued was issued by the Commissioner of Transport, Mr G. According to figures for the year ended March 31 this year, motor-cycles vere four times as dangerous as private cars, six times as dangerous as motor trucks and 11 times as dangerous as service cars and omnibuses.
