State of Siege Declared in Chile
SITUATION CONSIDERED IN HAND United Press Association. —By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received Wednesday, 9.20 p.m. SANTIAGO (Chile), Sept. 6. The Government has declared a state of siege but the military declare the situation is in hand and it is not necessary to enforce full military law.
