Lyons, announced that a day of prayer for Divine guidance in solving tho world’s problems has been fixed for next Sunday. All denominations have agreed to hold special services and to play for peace and goodwill. At the opening of the Rotary Conference Mr. Lyons declared that he made no apology for standing foursquare with Britain in her efforts to preserve peace. He urged that there should bo an exchange of goodwill messages between the nations.
