South African Nationalists Demand Neutrality
COULD BRITAIN PROTECT UNION'? Received Wednesday, 9.20 p.m. CAPE TOWN, Sept. 7. A meeting addressed by Nationalist leaders passed a resolution in support of neutrality in the event of Britain’s going to war. Mr. Malan said England was no longer a strong Power and could not give South Africa the protection that might bo imagined.
