To Play Wellington

AUCKLAND RUGBY SIDE The following team has been chosen by the selector, Mr. F. Lucas, to represent the Auckland touring side against Wellington on Saturday:—Full-back, Solomon; three-quarters, Martin, Grant, Dick; five-eighths, Pearman, Brady; half-back, Cooney; forwards, Pepper. Bond, Brow-n, Hull, Lange, Whilliams, Drake, McLean. Two of the team were injured in yesterday’s match against Manawatu — Prentice and Pepper. The former severely strained an ankle and will not bo available for some time. The latter had a recurrence of tho injury sustained when playing against the Maori team at Auckland on Saturday. He has been selected to play against Wellington provided ho recovers sufficiently, otherwise he will bo replaced by Galloway.
