Mussolini Gets Decoration Handed Back
FRENCH PLAYWRIGHT’S REBUFF PARIS, Sept. 5. M. Henri Bernstein, the French play wright, has roturnod his Italian decorations to Signor Mussolini, stating: “I no longer regard it an honour to wear them while you, in the name of the recently-invented racialism, persecute Italians who are beyond reproach.”
