Feilding Hockey Association

NEW ZEALAND WOMEN'S TOURNEY A meeting of the Feilding Hockey Association was held on Monday evening for the purpose of meeting members of the Rangitikei sub-association to discuss ways and means of sending the Feilding women’s representative team to the Dominion tourney to be hold at Gisborne in August. Correspondence was received from the Poverty Bay Association on the subject of fares from various centres, and following a discussion a committee comprising Messrs Guy, Aitken, Garlick and Chesterfield was appointed definitely to decide whether the team should be sent. In tho event of the team going it was agreed to ask for nominations for the positions of chaperone and manager from the Feilding, Rangitikei and Taihape associations.
