39 PERSONS CHARGED LONDON, April 5. The Warsaw correspondent of The Times reports that 39 persons, including 26 Jews and nine women, have been charged with being agents of the Comintern, organising Communist propaganda in the Polish army, forming cells of three to five persons as a nucleus of regimental cells with a view to the creation of a popular front, and also distributing pamphlets which Red Army officers have prepared teaching the soldier how to transform an “Imperialist war” into a civil war and including an appeal to desert to Russia in the event of war between Poland and the Soviet.
