Dispersal Sale of Romney Flock

Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., In conjunction with the N.Z. Farmers’ Co-op Distributing Co., Ltd., report that the dispersal sale of D. J. Willis Estate (Marton) : —Romneys attracted a large number of breeders of Romney sheep from practically all districts from both the East and West coasts. The flock which was founded in 1927 from a consignment of 4G ewes from the registered flock of J. H. McLean, and Co., Ltd., the principal sires being used in the flock being purchased from the following well known Romney breeders, Messrs W. F. Jacob and Bon, J. E. Hewitt, A. L. Wheeler, and H. B.
