A compromise has been reached in which Pastor Niemoller received back his counsel for the resumption of iiis trial on Friday, says the Berlin correspondent of The Times. A slight relaxation in tho state of pressure on the Evangelical Church is becoming apparent. Many church offices closed months ago by the secret police have been permitted to re-open.
