PALESTINE FOSSIL REMAINS (British Official Wireless) Received Wednesday. 6.30 p.m. RUGBY, Feb. 15. In a lecture to the Royal College of Surgeons on the fossil remains .of the earliest inhabitants of Palestine, discovered in caves on Mount Carmel, Sir Arthur Keith said that the early Falestdans were certainly near akin to the human stock, which, in the course of time, gave the world its Caucasian or whito inhabitants. It was no exaggeration to say that these deposits record the history of man in Palestine for 100,000 yearn at least. Although tho fossil men were separated from us in time by the whole glacial epoch, yet in point of size they had already brains, which were equal to ours, although as regards tho convolutionary pattern theirs were simpler. h***»***s*»ms**< *--'*•♦*
