Notes of the Day
At yesterday’s meeting of the Kiwitea Couaty Council, the chairman (Cr. L. T. McLean) referred to the tragic passing of Mrs. F. H. Eggers, wife of the county overseer. He felt that all would deeply sympathise with Mr. Eggers in his sad bereavement. Members stood in silence in recording a resolution of their sympathy with Mr. Eggers.
