CENTRE NEAR DOMINION. United Press Association—By BlectrU Telegraph.—Copyright. SYDNEY, Feb. 15. The Riverview Observatory reports that on Sunday evening seismographs recorded a moderately severe earthquake, in the vicinity of New Zealand and 1380 miles south of east from Sydney. The maximum intensity was at 6.17 p.m., when the sweep of the seismograph needle was one inch. NOT VERY STRONG SHOCK. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Feb. 15. At 8.5 p.m. on Sunday an earthquake was reported by the Dominion Observatory, distant about 400 miles from Wellington. It was not a very strong shock.
