COMMISSION FOR AFRICA (British Official Wireless.) Received Tuesday, 7 p.m. RUGBY, Feb. 14. Answering a House of Commons question, tho Colonial Secretary, Mr. Ormsby-Gorc, announced that, at the instance of the Governors of the Gold Coast and Nigeria, he had decided to appoint a commission of inquiry into the marketing of cocoa from the Gold Coast and Nigeria with special reference to the situation which had arisen as a result of a buying agreement entered into between certain firms and to submit recommendations. The commission would consist of three members not connected with West Africa and would leave at the earliest possible date.
