NEW TRADE PACT FORECAST United Press Association—By Elec trie Telegraph.—Copyright. Received Tuesday, 7 p.m. LONDON, Feb. 15. The Daily Telegraph’s Capetown correspondent says that „ Herr Rausch, chairman of a deputation of German industrialists touring South Africa, states that a £4,600,000 trade pact is likely to bo arranged between Germany and Africa. This figure is almost double the first pact in 1934. Germany will spend the whole amount received from South African purchases of Ger man goods in buying South African goods, mainly wool.
